Our full sand process is used if your wood floor has sustained extensive wear, scratches, water damage or dents. This process sands off all old urethane down to the raw wood and finish with 3 coats of urethane. If your floor is only beginning to show signs of wear, we recommend screening and recoating. This process finishes with 1-2 coats of urethane.

We recommend after refinishing or installation of your new wood flooring that you place felt tabs on the bottom of all furniture to protect your wood floors from scratches. Use wood floor cleaning products made specifically for wood flooring such as Bona, or Poly Care to avoid streaks or cloudy films on your wood flooring.
