The Standard Oil Building
The Standard Oil Building is a registered historic monument designed by George W. Kelham and built in 1926. It is located on Olympic Boulevard, a main two-way thoroughfare of downtown Los Angeles, between Hope and Flower Streets.
The building is nine stories tall and contains approximately 125,000 square feet of space.
The property is located across the street from the campus of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise (FIDM), one of the premier fashion schools in the nation, and is used as a FIDM annex.
It is also within walking distance to Staples Center, LA Live, the Convention Center, Ralph's supermarket, and many restaurants and other community amenities. The location offers easy access to the 110, 10, 101 and 5 freeways.
