Shane Hall was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky where his family has lived for over 200 years. After earning his bachelor of science degree from Georgetown College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law, Shane returned home to practice law.

Shane has a unique combination of criminal and civil trial experience, trying many cases to a verdict. In addition to his extensive trial practice as a Pike County prosecutor, Shane has successfully handled hundreds of truck and car wrecks in Eastern and Central Kentucky. Kolbe Page is a lifelong resident of Pike County, Kentucky. Kolbe was raised in Phelps, Kentucky and graduated from Phelps High School. Kolbe continued his education at Morehead State University where he graduated Cum Laude in 2011 and went on to graduate from the Appalachian School of Law Cum Laude in 2014. After passing the Kentucky Bar Exam in 2014, Kolbe returned home to Pike County to practice law.

Kolbe has been a member of the team at Shane Hall Attorney at Law since 2017. During his time here, Kolbe has successfully handled numerous car wreck and truck wreck cases for our clients. Kolbe is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, Kentucky Bar Association and the Pike County Bar Association.

Kolbe has been married to his wife, Brittni Page of Belfry, Kentucky, since 2014. Together, they have one beautiful daughter. Kolbe and his family attend church at Pikeville's Trinity Harvest Church.
