Thank You! Your rating has been saved.

Historically, the ancestors of today's firm were among the first architects in the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities. Additionally, the F.G. Clausen branch is the oldest firm in continuing practice in the State of Iowa. SGGM's body of work represents a wide variety of architectural and interior projects - new buildings, additions, and remodeling. The firm maintains its commitment to architectural restoration and adaptive re-use. Our primary focus is on quality design and open communication with our clients and associates in the construction community. Photo: LeClaire Park Bandshell, Davenport, an F.G. Clausen design.

Services

SGGM Architects & Interior Designers offers complete design services, delivered with the highest degree of professionalism. (Table of services below)

We believe that team effort is the most effective way of solving architectural problems. This involves skilled professionals working together with the client toward one common goal; namely to create well designed, functional and economical projects. Open, quality communication is the element bonding the members of the team.

Each project has a broad range of alternatives that affect its cost, visual character and completion time. We carefully study alternatives prior to selecting the best solution.

Our staff offers, in addition to basic architectural services, specialized services in the areas of feasibility studies, spatial analysis, energy conservation, code interpretation, building renovation, and historic restoration.

Time is frequently an important consideration to our clients. SGGM is one of the largest firms in the Quad Cities. Our objective is to produce your project without delay. To this end, we employ project administration controls which assure a quality product on a pre-established completion schedule. When your project is completed, it must meet our high standards as well as reflect your aesthetic goals, functional needs and budgetary requirements.
