ReThink Mental Health is a one-of-a-kind mental health and psychiatry practice. Our mission is to care for current and retired first responders, healthcare workers, and their families. Rethink Mental Health is run by first responders; it is care FOR responders BY responders. At ReThink, we understand the unique demands of your profession, and the limitations that often surround medications and mental health. We use traditional and alternative treatments to optimize wellness. We are changing the stigma surrounding mental health in first responders. We understand the road you may be on that is currently leading you to seek help is not an easy one and we are there to meet you right where you are.

Your physical, spiritual, and mental health all are a part of who you are, and an imbalance in one, affects the others. We provide a safe and judgment-free environment for you to explore the issues at hand. We are here to see you, as a whole person, and that means incorporating your personal values into your treatment. We offer both in-person and telehealth mental health services

We are a REMS certified regional Spravato treatment center. Spravato is an FDA-approved intranasal esketamine treatment for treatment-resistant depression. This treatment is covered by most private insurance plans.

We also offer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SQ) ketamine treatments for clients. Ketamine is a highly effective, safe, and proven treatment option for many mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Treatments are based on individual patient needs for patients 18 years of age and older.

We provide a safe, secure, comfortable atmosphere where clients are able to relax and feel safe on their journey toward healing during each session. We offer guidance and support before, during, and after your session.
