Rancho Mesa Animal Hospital was established in 1974 by the late Dr. Norman Costello. Dr. Costello believed that the human-animal bond was very powerful and important. He cherished that bond and through medicine, technology and compassion helped strengthen and maintain the bond for as along as possible.

Our team today believes as Dr. Costello did in that human-animal bond. The staff and doctors here are caring and compassionate and believe, that for some, their pets are their family.

Through knowledge, medicine, technology, compassion and caring we as a team strive to provide the highest quality veterinary care to our clients and their pets.
