The Page Terrace Beachfront Hotel has been a community landmark on Treasure Island since the property was constructed in 1958. The Page Terrace is a three story, 36 unit beachfront property that has seen hundreds of thousands of guests and a handful of owners throughout its history.

In the winter of 1990, the Page Terrace was purchased by Roman and Christine Czyszczon. The family, including their two children, packed up the car and headed to sunny Treasure Island, Florida for an extended vacation and take a chance in the hotel business. The property was in need of a total makeover, and Roman and Christine were determined to succeed. With hard work, lots of prayers and help from the family, they were able to turn success into a reality.

Throughout the years from 1990 to 2004, the Page Terrace underwent constant improvements. Rooms and common areas were upgraded with the most modern amenities and furniture.

In 2004, Roman and Christine's son Arthur graduated from Saint Leo University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management in efforts to help manage the family business. With high hopes and big shoes to fill, Arthur took over.

Sadly in July 2007, Roman lost his long battle with cancer. Roman dedicated his life to his family and the family business. His passion was to make all those who walked in the lobby of the Page Terrace feel welcomed as if they were family.

n the summer of 2009, Arthur and Christine decided to renovate the entire building in phases. The extensive renovations include all new insulated, tinted and impact windows, new fiberglass front entry doors, and all new kitchenettes with glass cook tops and granite counter tops, re-tiling of all bathrooms with new amenities, new 32″ Flat screen televisions, refreshed landscaping, new hallway carpet, bike rack, new wall art, new furniture, a high powered password protected Wireless Internet system, new patio furniture, new lighting in rooms and hallways, new plush Serta mattresses, new security access doors and all the rooms have been repainted in sunset yellow. With many ongoing projects, Arthur and Christine strive towards total guest satisfaction ensuring the most modern rooms through constant improvements at the Page Terrace.

The Page Terrace Beachfront Hotel is truly family owned and operated to continue the traditions and values instilled by Roman so that each guest experiences an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Our loyal guests at the Page Terrace Beachfront Hotel are like family and have come to know our property as their "Home away from Home."
