We will take care of all of your family cars! Established 1988, O'Reilly Motor Cars is the trusted name in luxury car care and high-end car repair in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our staff includes technicians certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) to ensure we deliver the highest quality workmanship in the timeliest manner, every time."
Founded in 1980 by Jim O'Reilly, our journey began with a commitment to excellence in foreign car repair. In 1988, Mike Loos took over the business and expanded our operations. Moving to our current 30,000-square-foot location in 1998, we quadrupled our number of service bays and shifted our focus to European auto repair. This growth has allowed us to serve our community better and establish ourselves as the premier European specialty shop in downtown Milwaukee.
Service at O'Reilly Motor Cars is appointment-based to ensure personalized attention and efficiency. Whether you set up your appointment with a phone call or through our website, you'll receive a text message from us to confirm your appointment. Upon arrival, simply pull up to our large garage door and honk your horn. The garage door will open, and you'll drive up to the front desk.
Once the repairs are complete, we'll contact you with a text message or a phone call to let you know your vehicle is ready for pickup. If you're in one of our loaner vehicles, you'll return it in the same manner you dropped your vehicle off. To ensure your satisfaction, we'll follow up with you two days after your service.
We'll greet you by name with a smile, confirm the services you are bringing your vehicle in for, and ask if there are any other concerns with your vehicle. From there, your vehicle will enter service, and you'll receive an email notifying you that your vehicle has been checked in. You'll get the results of our inspection via text, followed by a phone call to discuss the next steps and any additional issues we may have found.
