The first thing we hope you notice about this site is that it has a personality, in the form of our team. Once a month, a different member of our eleven-person staff will be welcoming presence on our home page. At Miranda Creative, we call this all-important first impression the "visit experience" and we give careful thought to the needs of the visitor in all the websites we develop, including our own.

After studying the work of many of our peers, we realized that graphically engaging animations and effects that could not be printed, had replaced what was really important - evaluating the work, exploring the organization and engaging the team.

Environment

Noisy. Cluttered. Busy. Vibrant. Home.

Our walls are red, our computers are state-of-the-art Mac and parking is completely free. We overlook the historic Norwichtown Green and our patient neighbors tolerate our 1960's-but-never-again-building (maybe it's the free Wi-Fi we supply).

Our entryway features an oversized version of our logo, trademark "M" that greets all visitors to our workspace. Designed to be filled and refilled, this logo is symbolic of the very mission of this agency to constantly invest the best creative efforts to assure successful outcomes.

Clients are always welcome and guest chairs reside by every workstation for those moments, when "riding shotgun" is necessary. Because our intern program is on hiatus, we do offer one-day shadow opportunities if team members are available.
