MBM Tax & Accounting Services, LLC started in 1997 with Tony McGill, Antonio Broomfield, and Stacy Middleton. All three hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

The three have a combined total of 30 years of experience in Tax Preparation and Accounting Services. Their first office was located on Cosgrove Avenue, and the next year Middleton and Broomfield move to the new location in the downtown area on Spring Street. McGill stayed in the North Charleston area, but in January 2000 moved to the Rivers Avenue location. These changes have proven to be fruitful. They have increased their clientele tremendously. In January 2004 they expand into the Summerville area where Broomfield is managing that location.
