Family owned and operated, lulu's furniture is the brainchild Denver native, Christy Vranesic Brant. When asked about how her family influenced her, Christy just smiled. "Furniture business is in our blood! My dad, Nick Vranesic, started working in a mattress factory in his teens and since then, we have had over 30 members of our immediate family working in the furniture industry. My brother is a sales representative for a furniture manufacturer; my sister and my niece own a furniture store in California."

lulu's continues this tradition, as you will often find Christy's daughter, Caitlin working alongside her. "Caitlin brings a fresh perspective with an incredible eye for contemporary furniture and accessories." Caitlin also offers her design expertise to lulu's clients with lulu's in home consultation service. "The best part of my day is being able to work with my daughter in such a creative atmosphere. We both love coming to the store because it is simply a fun place. We have customers come often who say they would want to move into the store. We take that as a compliment and want people to know their homes can be that way too.

Following in the footsteps of my dad, brother, sister, uncles, nieces and nephews, it is only natural that the furniture biz is in our blood. My, daughter (business partner) & I find inspiration from our roots, our travels, the history and current state of our community, and the ever changing world in which we live. With our love for the past and the foundation of design, we bring vintage finds to life by mixing contemporary and transitional pieces from the current market.
