Kelly Rizley was born in Sayre, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Oklahoma

State University. Prior to opening KR, he was Advertising & Marketing Director

for Capitol Savings & Loan Association/United Savings of Colorado & Wyoming.

Kelly's 27 years of expertise cover both advertising and film & video production, including campaign and product development, PR, long-range planning, market research and media buying and placement. His film/video knowledge includes 35mm, 16mm and Betacam videotape production; high-definition (HD) video shooting and editing; DVD authoring; and art direction.
