Jessica Damoth graduated from the University ofFlorida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and was then admitted into the Florida Bar in 2004. In 2007, she opened her criminal law practice so she could begin fighting for her clients' rights. To learn more about the prosecutorial side, she became an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which allowed her to gain insight and trial experience working as a prosecutor. However, her plan was to always return to being a criminal defense attorney, and now her goal has once again become realized.
