Regular maintenance is an essential part of any effort to maximize the life of your asphalt paving - and sealcoating should be at the heart of any maintenance plan. Sealcoating is the application of a liquid coating that hardens and provides a protective seal against much of the common damage that impacts asphalt surfaces. The sealcoat itself consists of asphaltic emulsion mixed with inert fillers, water, emulsifying agents, and additives. Sealcoating is an economical solution to protect asphalt against ongoing damage while extending the life of the pavement and avoiding costly repairs.

Based on years of experience, GPM has developed and manufactured its own proprietary blend of sealcoat. We expertly manage quality control throughout the process, and control the constituents of the finished product.
