Bob Felice, President

Established Fresh Concepts in July, 2000 after spending the previous 15 years at Starter, the world leader in sports licensed products. During his years at Starter, Bob developed and managed the start-up of a premium incentive division. During the 90's,he focused his energies on selling and marketing Starter on a global basis. Today, Bob has parlayed his experience into developing a diversified promotional products supplier to the industry.

Whether it is sourcing a simple item such as a polo shirt or designing and developing a complete promotion to drive the message of their clients, Fresh Concepts is establishing a leadership position in the industry.

Terry Magun, Sales Consultant

Terry Magun joined Fresh Concepts in October 2003 after spending over 30 years owning and operating Magun Promotions based in New Haven Connecticut. Fresh Concepts' clients find that Terry's knowledge and experience in the promotional products industry is an extremely valuable resource. Terry has earned his CAS industry certification and was the recipient of the distinguished Golden Pyramid Award presented by SAAGNY for the Best Trade Show Promotional Product with SBC/SNET.

Gary Adler, Sales Consultant

Gary Adler joined Fresh Concepts in 2004. He has owned and operated several retail and distribution companies, including Ideal Marketing, an advertising specialty business which was acquired by Fresh Concepts. Gary's extensive experience in building brands provides his customers with the insight in linking the right product to the message being delivered to the end user.

Jim Blatchley, Sales Consultant

Jim Blatchley joined Fresh Concepts after Fresh Concepts acquired Synergistics in 2001. Jim manages a broad base of clients and possesses a great knowledge of business from his past experience as an owner of an environmental waste removal company in Connecticut.

Larry Hoffman, Sales Consultant

Larry Hoffman has been in the promotional products industry for over 10 years with both Magun Promotion and Savitt Jewelers. Larry's experience in sales and marketing helps his clients in developing the right corporate-logoed product for their program.

Brian Johnston, Sports Customer Service Representative

Brian joined Fresh Concepts as Sports Customer Service Representative last year and he has since become our go-to guy. Brian has an incredible can-do attitude and customers appreciate his straightforward personality and wry sense of humor. Brian's previous experience includes working as Office Manager for USA-Flowers.com where he refined his customer service skills.

Carrie Schultz, Sales Consultant

Carrie has extensive experience and expertise in production and design, which she gained at such notable companies as Disney, Gannett Publishing and Penguin, USA. As Art Director she worked in close collaboration with her clients to help define and develop their marketing objectives, strategies and helped find creative avenues to brand and grow their businesses. With professional direction and creative application, Carrie is helping her clients reflect their high caliber image and reputations by applying her graphic design talent and marketing know-how to the selection and customization of premiums and logos. Her experience and naturally outgoing personality make her a great addition to our team.

Michael Shiner joined Fresh Concepts in October 2003 after working for years at Magun Promotions. Michael is also the previous owner of Connecticut Refining Company; he brings a wealth of experience to our client base and has a knack for understanding the specific needs for their business.

Gina Dubiel, Designer

Gina Dubiel has over 14 years experience in sales, design and merchandising apparel and accessories. She was previously a Product Manager at Starter,the world leader in sports licensed product, where she was responsible for all areas of product development, from the creative brief to the final product sale. Gina heads up the custom design department at Fresh Concepts and manages key accounts.
