Since 2004 I have been exploring and inspecting houses both in California where one inspects a house with earthquakes in mind and Florida where one inspects with wind and moisture in mind. After doing in the neighborhood of 9,000 inspections I can confidently say that my evaluation of what is of importance in doing an inspection is fully in place. You are my client and the inspection is for you and no one else unless you say so. My viewpoint on an inspection is that it should be thorough and factual but not alarming as that does no one any good. While Forscher Property Inspections encourages our clients to walk through the home with us, we understand that you may be too busy, and may not have time to do so.

Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.

We will deliver our report within 24 hours of the conclusion of your home inspection, so that you can quickly access a full overview of our findings - and discuss them with us and your agent.
