Dan Simrell Advertising

There's a reason why most visitors to our home ask for a job application. It's great space. With 37 rooms and over 6,000 square feet of play area, this Georgian-style mansion has been retrofitted to accommodate a wide variety of activities. Whether you want to be filmed on our full green screen studio, jam in the recording suite, partake in an edit session, catch the latest flick in our 12 seat movie theater, be blown away in the design studio, or join our employees in an all-out Nerf skirmish, DSA is a fun place to work, eat, play, and swim (did we mention we have a pool and hot tub?).

Our mission is simple, to be rulers of the Delta quadrant and possibly become the next Michael Bolton of Scranton.

DSA is a member of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, the American Advertising Federation, Federal GSA Certified Vendors, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Certified Vendors and we're on the waiting list for Starfleet's Federation of Planets.

After a short stint doing singing telegrams, Dan began his career in broadcasting in 1985 as a radio newsman. In 1989, he founded VideoLab, a full-service video production company. In 1998, he took the position of marketing director for CCI, a national healthcare consulting company in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2001, Dan Simrell Advertising was formed. He is also an accomplished musician who has composed, arranged and recorded hundreds of award-winning songs, music beds and soundtracks. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Northeast Pennsylvania Ad Club and Habitat for Humanity of Lackawanna County as well as other church and civic organizations. He has also served as director of the Lackawanna County Council on Advertising and Marketing. He and his wife Lainey and his three sons live in Scranton. Overall, as bios go, this wasn't too boring, was it.
