Charles Retina Institute is a very competent, professional, organized, compassionate, friendly group. I could not get an appointment with any specialist around us for at least 3 weeks. With severe bleeding behind my retina, that was not good enough! I called the highly recommended Charles Retina Institute on a Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment the very next day! The staff and doctors are exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I live several hours from Memphis so the convenience of having my appointment in Jonesboro, AR is wonderful. Very good experience. Though the wait time can be long with a lot of people there, it moved along well for me. Dr. Charles was a delight to talk to and he did very well on explaining things. So thankful my ophthalmologist referred me to Charles Retina and Dr. Haynes. There were closer options to my home but the reputation and the care they provide of Charles Retina is worth the drive.
