Accounting

Monthly, quarterly or annual financial statement preparation based upon your needs using state-of-the-art software written especially for accountants. This allows us the flexibility to provide highly customized reporting in a timely manner, ensuring you get the information you need to make the right decisions at the right times. If you're using QuickBooks® or Peachtree Complete Accounting® for daily bookkeeping, we can review your data, make the appropriate corrections and additions, then generate your financial statements directly from your data files.

Bookkeeping

A wide range of daily bookkeeping and general business services are available to meet your specific needs. We can do as little, or as much, as you need. For many of our Clients, we are their office -- freeing them up to do what they do best -- run their business.

Payroll

Payroll information can be submitted in person, by phone, by fax or by email. We then process your payroll; creating checks and custom reports designed to meet your needs. All checks, deposits and filings are provided "ready-for-signature" for each pay-period through year-end W-2s. We offer "in-by-noon, out-by-8am" next day service. Emergency checks can be ready within one hour. If you do your own payroll, we also offer "after-the-fact" tax filing.

Accounts Receivable

Customer billing can be done with off-the-shelf software (i.e. QuickBooks®, Peachtree Complete Accounting®, etc.) or, if needed, a custom billing program written specifically for your company's needs.

Accounts Payable

Bill paying also can be done with off-the-shelf software (i.e. QuickBooks®, Peachtree Complete Accounting®, etc.) or, if needed, a custom payment program written specifically for your company's needs.

Sales Tax Preparation
