Dr. Kotoske was then Fellowship trained in aesthetic plastic surgery/cosmetic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, under the direction of the late Julius Newman, M.D. Dr. Newman was an internationally recognized expert in cosmetic surgery, credited with introducing liposuction procedures to the United States, and is the originator of many modern techniques and surgical equipment.

Dr. Kotoske enjoys restoring vintage automobiles to their original condition. He is a collector of fine art and continues to pursue his love for athletics by coaching football, which he played through college. Whether it be restoring vintage automobiles, restoring youth or correcting a cosmetic deformity, he attains great satisfaction in achieving one's ultimate potential.
