Baton Rouge Process Servers

Thank You! Your rating has been saved.

Baton Rouge Process Servers are court appointed process servers certified to personally deliver legal documents in Louisiana. After choosing the service type you can easily input the required information about the case and upload the papers to be served. Next, you must agree to the terms of service, so you can finalize your order. When the process service has been completed, you will receive an "Affidavit of Service" that is your legal proof that the documents were served. To provide an even greater level of proof, should service ever become contested, all of our process servers wear body cameras that shoot a video of the papers being served.
If you are not certain whether or not a document needs to be served, you can obtain that information from a licensed Louisiana attorney or from the Clerk of the court where the legal action is or will be pending. We can assist you with understanding the Louisiana laws governing process service that are publically available, but we are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice.
