What Is Transactional Lending
Transactional Funding is a legal requirement in most states when doing a Double Closing. It is also referred to as a AB-BC , or Pass-Through.

Transactional Loans are loan products that allows investors to legally buy and resell a property on the same day without showing their profits.

Breaking it down to parts:

Party A is the seller of the property who sells to Party B (the wholesaler). Party B then sells to Party C (the end buyer). We fund A-B and end buyer funds B-C. (sometimes deals can have many more parts than ABC)
