Val Goranov is the General Manager of Alpine Wine and Spirits. Wine is his passion and he is a Certified Sommelier. He has spent more than 20 years in Vail and has been with Alpine Wine & Spirits for 17 years. Val is also a certified soccer coach and has been coaching youth soccer in the Vail Valley for over 10 years. He also officiates soccer matches too.

Kieran specializes in beer and also has very good knowledge about wines, cigars and spirits too. He brings a positive and youthful vibe to the store. Kieran is a Level 1 Sommelier and is pursuing his Level 2. He loves the outdoors, both during the winter and the summer. He comes from Shamokin, Pennsylvania and has been in the Vail Valley for over 5 years now.

Marty is a long-time Vail resident and enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, disc golf and live music. He's also a licensed remote pilot and he is pursuing his Level 1 Sommelier certification. He has a wide knowledge of the industry. He is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana.

Danny is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He enjoys helping others & constantly learning about the spirits, wine and beer world. In 2014 he hiked the Appalachian Trail & 2018 the Pacific Crest Trail. His love for the mountains has led him to become a year round resident in the Vail Valley.

Colin is from western Massachusetts and remains a die hard Boston sports fan. He's lived in 4 states in the last 7 years, and continues to enjoy travelling both in the U.S. and abroad. He enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs and trying new craft beers.
