Alpenrose Dairy
Alpenrose Dairy has been family owned and operated since 1916. For over 90 years, the Cadonau family has been committed to bringing you the finest milk nature can provide. Today, that means dairy products that get to market the same day they left the farm, with no added rBST hormones and lower homogenized temperatures to keep natural vitamins and minerals intact.
In our effort to continuously meet the needs of our customers, we've also just announced the launch of new Alpenrose Certified Organic Milk, made on organic family farms right here in our own Willamette Valley.
At Alpenrose, we're proud of our commitment to sustainable agriculture and bringing you fresh, wholesome milk the way nature intended it.
Under the guidance of Henry Cadonau and his son Carl Cadonau Sr., Alpenrose Dairy, Inc. has evolved from a simple dairy into a family fun center. Not far from Alpenrose Stadium is Dairyville, a replica of a western frontier town. There, you'll find dozens of false-front shops filled with treasured antiques, a doll museum, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, a harness store, music shop and other reminders of simpler times. The 600-seat opera house contains a majestic 4,000 pipe. Skinner organ from the old Portland Civic Auditorium, and elsewhere is an impressive collection of antique music boxes, nickelodeons, victrolas, a calliope, and early electronic instruments.
