Aloy Modern Thai opened in 2016 to bring the healthy, slow-cooked, farm-to-table experience found in Thailand's finest restaurants to Denver's LoDo. Aloy Modern Thai was founded by sisters, Bo Bean and Arisa Chanchokpong, who immigrated from Thailand to the United States in 2006, bringing authentic Thai food to Colorado.
