Website Design Process

The website design development process includes one hour FREE Consultation. The progress begins by meeting with you to discuss the website specific details. During this one hour no commitment consultation We will come to your business and complete the following: Identify your desired website goals. We will discuss site content outline based off either CSS template designs or from scratch layout. Using screenshot approval process (We create snapshots of page designs and submit to you for approval). You choose template design from Slideshow to start, we then deliver project estimated cost and release dates based upon above mentioned items. Usually within 3 business days.

Once the project is approved we begin the process of the fine tuning the design, work out details and present the progress of the design to you for comments. We coordinate and gather information and content to be included on the website. After content is received, we will develop and deliver a completed website for you to review. Once published to web, we will provide you with a copy of your newly created website on cd for backup purposes. As a continued service please consider content is vital to a successful website. You may have an ongoing need for content to be updated on your website. We can help. We can work on a monthly retainer basis or a per update basis. If your update needs are extensive let us help implement a content management system to allow us to have full editing control of the content of your website. All website maintenance requests feature a 3-day turnaround time and will bill in 15 minute increments so you don't overpay for small changes. All billable hours are calculated @ $45.00 per hour, for example if you had a 15 minute session to upgrade text and pictures then you would be billed for $11.25 for that session. Most of these can be done remotely by us using email and the web hosting server. We also offer e-commerce websites and web stores to sell your products online.
